Rick was very professional without being stuffy. If felt like having one of our friends drive us around. His appearance was very nice and his willingness to help was greatly appreciated. I thought he went above and beyond what I would consider part of his "job" ... helping with the bride's dress train, situating church doors so that the bride was "hidden" until the ceremony...as well as the usual stuff such as, helping us in/out of the limo, opening the champagne and getting our things inside ... he really made us all feel carefree and taken care of on such a hectic day.
