We will charge the trip in full if canceled within 24 hrs.

No refunds will be given as a result of late arrivals or drop-off due to such conditions.

Airport Arrivals are monitored for the flight information that you provide, please call us as soon as possible if there is a change in your airline or flight number. If your flight arrives early we will arrive at the Airport as soon as possible, however, please remember we are several hours away from any Airport, this will affect our arrival time.

Adventure, its agents, or employees shall not be liable for any personal property of the client or guests, which are misplaced, damaged, or left in the vehicle. Please always check thoroughly prior to leaving the vehicle for all your personal belongings. We will do everything possible to secure and retrieve any belongings left in the vehicle. 

The client agrees their party will not exceed the passenger capacity of the vehicle provided.

Parking at events is not included in any price, Adventure will automatically add the cost of parking expenses and extra hours, when applicable.

​Prices are all-inclusive unless otherwise stated. Prices are always quoted from Base to Base.

Adventure reserves the right to refuse to transport persons intoxicated, under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs, or in possession of firearms or weapons of any kind. Clients or guests who become objectionable or violent to other persons in the vehicle or the chauffeur will not be transported. Under no circumstances are minors allowed to consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances while in a company vehicle. Client or guests shall not interfere with the chauffeur in the discharge of his-her duty. In the above instances, services will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be offered.

Smoking or vaping in any vehicle is strictly prohibited.  Smoking or vaping in the vehicle by the client or any guest will result in an automatic minimum $250 charge, vehicles retain smells and are expensive and difficult to clean. Any damage caused by smoking or vaping will be charged to the client at full cost.

The chauffeur inspects each vehicle before, and after each service. If, after the service, Adventure is required to use an extended amount of time and-or material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any guest (i.e. spilling food or drinks, vomiting, excessive trash) a minimum clean up fee of $250. may be charged.  Damage to the inside or outside of the vehicle, in any way, if caused by the client or any guest will be charged in full to the client.       

Broken glasses are charged at $5.00 per glass. Missing equipment i.e., remote controllers, DVDs supplied by Adventure, decanters, or any other missing items are charged at full replacement cost to the client. 

A nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. A booking is not guaranteed until this deposit is received.

​Payment is accepted by all major credit cards, money orders, personal and company checks, and cash. If a check is returned a fee of $50.00 is charged.

Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence of the company, its agents, or employees, the client hereby waives any and all claims against the company, its agents, or employees for injury, loss, or damage, including consequential damages, to clients person or property from whatever cause. In addition, the client waives any right of subrogation with regard to the same.
