I am writing to recognize a young man on your team. He just brought a gentleman in a wheelchair to our office for an appointment. The appointment was not for our office, but was supposed to be next door. I walked over with them, but the door was locked. As it turns out, the appointment was not for today. Your employee handled himself in a kind, professional manner, despite a difficult situation. Instead of dropping the patient off and getting to his next pickup as planned, he had to wait for a new appointment to be made, and load the patient back up to take him back to the nursing home or hospital. He stayed calm and collected.
