FORMS OF PAYMENT

Cash, personal check, money order, Master Card, Visa, American Express & Discover accepted. $28 Fee for returned checks. Payments are processed on credit cards the business day before your trip.

SMOKING

For the comfort of all passengers, a NO-SMOKING policy is enforced on all Adventure’s vehicles at all times.

CARRY ON LUGGAGE & COOLERS

Coach-bus: Small six-pack coolers are allowed inside the coach-bus. All coolers and luggage larger than a six-pack size will gladly be stored in our rear luggage compartment.

Limousines: Coolers are allowed in the limousine provided that they will not cause a safety hazard and will cause no damage to the interior.

GRATUITIES

A nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. A booking is not guaranteed until this deposit is received.

Our prices are all-inclusive. (except parking at events) Tipping the Chauffeur is not necessary except for Airport and Taxi service. Tips (gratuity) for Taxi Service,  Airport, Seaport, Train – Bus Station’s are recommended at 15-20%

Gratuity is always included.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Are available for any Limousine, Airport, or Coach-bus trips. Gift certificates can be purchased for any amount. They make great Birthday and anniversary presents, Mother’s and Father’s day gifts, and terrific stocking stuffers for Christmas.

CANCELLATION, REFUND, and RESERVATION POLICY

Coach-bus: All tour reservations require full payment three (3) days after the reservation is made. No refunds will be made for unused sightseeing, meals or other tour features. Customers who discontinue a trip prior to completion of tour are not eligible for any refund. Clients canceling a one-day tour will be refunded only if the tour is Sold Out and their ticket can be resold. Any coach-bus tour canceled by Adventure will be refunded in full. Registration for all trips is on a first-come/first-serve basis until the maximum number of participants is reached. Once the maximum number of participants is met, your name will be placed on a waiting list.

Limousine: All reservations require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. Trip must be paid for before or on the day of service. Proms, a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required at the time of reservation and must be paid in full 2 weeks before trip. Sedans (airport service) Payment due on the day of the trip. Coach-bus For a private charter a $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required with the balance 72hours before departure.

RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER

Coach-bus tours are operated under the management of Adventure Limousine Inc. Adventure reserve’s the right to change any coach-bus itinerary and substitute arrangements of equal value. We reserve the right to cancel any and all tours and refund payments made if bookings are inadequate.

All passengers are responsible to find their way back to the coach bus after each stop. Any passenger that is more than 10 minutes late returning to the coach bus will be at risk of being left behind. The cost of transportation for customers left behind will be their responsibility and at their own expense.

Adventure accepts no responsibility for any delays caused by an Act of God or Mother Nature, delayed departure or arrivals, road or weather conditions, or any conditions beyond our control. Adventure accepts no responsibility for left or stolen items. Adventure will not tolerate or allow: Underage drinking. Persons under the influence of illegal drugs. Persons using threatening behavior in any form. The Driver’s decision in all cases is final, offending customers will be asked to leave the vehicle with no refund due.

We offer sedans, SUVs, stretch limousines, stretch SUVs, mini buses, limousine buses, wheelchair vans, antique wedding vehicles, shuttle busses, school pupil transportation, taxis and non emergency medical vehicles.

No. As the premier Limousine and Transportation service provider in the New England are we offer our service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Taxi service is not offered 24/7.

To hold your reservation, we need a credit card from you.

We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Cash, Money order, Checks($50.00 fee on returned checks).

An all-inclusive price means; you will not have to pay any extra payments to your Chauffeur. We make it easy and quote you an all-in trip price.

All of Adventures vehicles are NON-SMOKING. Customers who smoke inside an Adventure vehicle are charged a cleaning fee of $250.00.

Airport, Seaport, Bus and Train Station Transfer

The Chauffeur monitors your flight and will try to adjust the arrival time for delayed or early arrivals, as we are 2-3 hours away from most Airports sometimes this is difficult. You do need to call us if your flight information changes (e.g., if you are bumped to a different flight or you miss your flight).

Yes, our Chauffeurs are always happy to assist you with loading and unloading your luggage and other items and bringing them right up to your door.

A private ride is private car service, meaning you will not be asked to share a vehicle with other travelers. private rides are available 24/7. Gratuity is not included in Airport Transfers

Airport security can increase without notice. To ensure you make your flight, we follow the Department of Aviation guidelines for airport arrival times. We also account for delays due to weather and/or heavy traffic.
